Antioxidant Revolution

The Triple Antioxidant Supplement

A specific daily dose of the three antioxidant vitamins, C, E, and beta-carotene, are just what Dr. Cooper orders as the most effective way to combat or reduce the production of free radicals throughout your body. Antioxidants have been shown to reduce cholesterol rates, lower blood pressure, decrease the risk of heart disease, and combat lung damage from smoking or breathing cigarette smoke. They also strengthen the operation of the immune system to combat other diseases. Dr. Cooper’s comprehensive plan recommends antioxidant supplements by age, gender, body weight, and exercise level from sedentary to athletic training.

Low-Intensity Exercise:

High-intensity exercise or athletes’ training can actually produce an excess of free radicals, which lead to disease. Dr. Cooper’s extensive research shows that thirty minutes of low-intensity exercise 3-4 times a week is more healthy than strenuous exercise and can help reduce mortality from all causes. Dr. Cooper’s life plan offers the Fitness Points Method that makes it easy for you to design a personal exercise program that will promote a healthy longevity, whether you presently are sedentary, exercise moderately, or are an avid trainer.

Cooking and Eating the Antioxidant Way

Dr. Cooper’s antioxidant diet prescription of ample helpings of fruit and vegetables each day will round out your life-enhancing antioxidant plan. For ease in eating the antioxidant way, he has compiled comprehensive food lists with vitamin values, and preparation and cooking techniques that will assure you a low-fat diet, high in antioxidants.

Living the Antioxidant Way

With premature aging being attributed to the damage done by free radicals, Dr. Cooper’s preventive plan shows you how to reduce or eliminate those forces in your environment, which may be stimulating the production of damaging free radicals in your body. If you want to add years to your life, look younger and feel better while you do it, it’s time to start Dr. Kenneth H. Cooper’s Antioxidant Revolution. It offers the most comprehensive, medically sound preventive medicine and wellness program on the market today.
