BioFermentics

Bacterial Ecologists are teaching us that bacteria can be precious creatures that produce great health benefits to all living organisms including Humans.

Bacteria are precious creatures that originated from the oldest viable entity on earth.  In recent years it has been established that products fermented by friendly bacteria are capable of amplifying immunity, defending against infection, and providing antioxidation. This presentation summarizes up to date knowledge of the functional fermentation ingredients in Biofermentics which was produced by a time tested proprietary biotechnology and fermentation technology.

Functionally fermented ingredients … Biofermentics

Key Bullet points…

  • Bacteria are precious creatures that have tremendous adaptation
  • Bacteria are capable of amplifying immunity
  • Help the body defend against infection, and providing antioxidation.
  • Excellent biotechnology and fermentation technology

Fermentation

Fermentation is the process by which bacteria degrade organic matter in order to get their energy. Microorganisms (lactic acid bacteria and yeasts) produce substances which provide benefit to human health. Fermentation products such as red wine and yogurt are produced by lactic acid bacteria and they contain polyphenols. These fermentation products display higher health enhancing power than the original unfermented materials. By means of fermentation the functionality of the raw materials is enhanced so that they become easier to absorb from the digestive tract. The fermentation process also produces certain bioactive substances and immunogenetic agents.

 Key Bullet points…

  • Bacteria degrade organic matter for their energy
  • Beneficial bacterial microorganisms -   lactic acid bacteria and yeast
  • Produce substances which provide unique benefit to human beings
  • Higher health enhancing power than the original unfermented materials
  • Functionality of the raw material is enhanced - become easier to absorb
  • The fermentation process produces certain bioactive substances and immunogenetic agents

Lactic Acid Bacteria and yeast in Biofermentics

It is essential that the correct combination of lactic acid bacteria and yeasts be fermented in a suitable culture medium. The microorganisms used to produce “Biofermentics” have undergone development over a period of more than 70 years, resulting in adequate time tested adaptation to soybean milk and selection of optimal strains exhibiting greater potency and higher functions. Soybean milk, obtained by pulverization of soybeans grown organically, followed by extraction with hot water, is employed as the incubation medium. Essential that the correct combination of lactic acid bacteria and yeasts be fermented

Suitable culture medium

Key Bullet points…

  • Microorganisms used to produce “Biofermentics” have undergone unique proprietary development over 70 years
  • Results of Biofermentics is adequate adaptation to a fermented soy incubation medium
  • Selection and study of premium bacterial strains over several millennia have resulted in beneficial bacteria that now are exhibiting greater potency and higher functional resolve
